I like the bit about developing resilience as I find the &#039;gifted&#039; and bright students particularly struggle when thrown something they don&#039;t know how to answer - perhaps what you were talking about here is similar to Jame Nottingham&#039;s &#039;Pit&#039; thinking?&lt;br/&gt;Well done for being able to put all your learning into words at this time of term!!</description>

I really liked the emphasis on the thinking culture as opposed to the thinking time.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Even if that was the only thing you took away - you took away a huge concept.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Andrew</description>
